Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Supervise and train junior accountants
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, etc.) is an added advantage
