Job Summary:
Infinity Computers and Communications Company Limited(I3C) is looking for dynamic and client-focused Account Managers to manage our Google and Microsoft Cloud services portfolio. The ideal candidate will handle our clients’ needs from the moment they are introduced to our products, through onboarding, and ensure they fully understand how to leverage our cloud solutions to achieve their business goals.
This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide guidance and support throughout the customer journey. The candidate should be willing to continuously study and obtain certifications in relevant cloud technologies to effectively run the role and stay ahead in the evolving cloud landscape.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Introduce and present our Cloud solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of cloud services, from initial induction to continuous support management.
- Understand client business needs and propose tailored cloud solutions that maximize efficiency and value.
- Train clients on effective, secure, and optimized use of cloud products and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and certifications to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and implementation, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct periodic client reviews to assess satisfaction, adoption levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist clients with migration planning, deployment, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth transitions.
- Prepare proposals, demonstrations, and documentation to support client decision-making and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, solutions, and lessons learned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A certificate in one of the many specialized cloud-based solutions including but not limited to;
- Microsoft Modern Work Certifications
- INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATIONS
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (previously known as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
- ADVANCED CERTIFICATIONS
- Detailed requirements:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (previously known as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
- Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms Technical Assessment
