Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and copilots Build intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft technologies Develop prompts, workflows, integrations, and orchestration logic Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and business applications Work closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into impactful solutions Implement secure, scalable, and production ready AI solutions Continuously improve agent performance, accuracy, and user experience Contribute to AI standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the business

Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) (Essential) Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) (Essential) Relevant Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field will be advantageous. Minimum 5 years' experience in software development, automation, solution engineering, or platform engineering. Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions within Microsoft cloud environments. Hands on experience developing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, databases, and business applications. Experience translating business requirements into scalable, production ready solutions. Additional Microsoft certifications (PL-200, AZ-204, AZ-305, DP-600) will be advantageous.
