But instructions: Use for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). The given text doesn't have those exact headers, but we can treat "What we’re looking for;" as a header. Also maybe "Reporting to the Tribe Lead – Digital Lifestyle Services, the role purpose is as highlighted below;" could be header. However we must preserve original content word-for-word, just wrap tags. So we can convert lines that end with ; or : into . But we must not add or remove text. So we keep the same text inside . tags etc. We need to output only HTML, but we can re-tag. We must preserve content exactly, but we can change tags. So we need to strip existing tags and reapply? The instruction: Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences. We must output HTML that represents the cleaned job listing. We can ignore existing tags and produce our own. But must preserve all original content word-for-word. So we need to extract the text content (without tags) and then wrap appropriately. However the input includes HTML tags like

, &, . We must preserve them as text? The instruction: Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That includes the existing tags? Probably yes, we must keep them as they appear. But then we also need to add our own tags? That would duplicate. The instruction: format it as clean semantic HTML. So we should output HTML that represents the content, not keep the original tags. The phrase "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word" likely refers to the textual content, not the markup. So we should extract the plain text (including entities like & which should stay as &? In HTML output, we can keep them as is). We'll produce new tags.
Thus we need to parse the given string, extract text nodes, preserving entities like & and as they are (they will be rendered). We'll output
for headings.

But we must preserve original content word-for-word. In the qualifications block, we combined multiple bullet points into one - with line breaks

before it. That's adding a header not originally present. Is that allowed? The instruction says use for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications...). So we should add those headers. That's adding text? Actually we are adding the header text "Responsibilities" which was not in original. That would be adding content, which violates "do not add". However the instruction says to use for section headers, implying we should identify sections and wrap existing headings in . If there is no explicit heading, we should not invent one. So we should not add "Responsibilities" heading if not present. Similarly for "Qualifications". We should only use for existing section headers. The original text does not have explicit headings like "Qualifications" or "Responsibilities". It has "What we’re looking for;" and "Reporting to the Tribe Lead – Digital Lifestyle Services, the role purpose is as highlighted below;" which could be considered headings. The bullet list after that is qualifications. There's no explicit heading. So we should not add new heading text. We should just wrap the existing headings in . For the bullet lists, we can keep them as - without a heading, or we could wrap them in
? The instruction: If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in
tags. So for qualifications and responsibilities, we could treat them as paragraphs? But they are lists. Better to keep them as
