Job Description

PCCN Energy Ltd is seeking experienced and reliable Generator Operators to support power operations at our project site in Benin City. This is a fully onsite role suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in generator operations, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting within industrial or production environments. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient generator performance, minimize downtime, and support overall site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor generators to ensure consistent power supply
• Perform routine maintenance and basic servicing of generators
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults when necessary
• Ensure proper fuel management and generator efficiency
• Maintain accurate operational logs and records
• Follow safety procedures and report any issues promptly
• Support engineers and site teams with power-related needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience as a generator operator
• Experience working in a factory, production, or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of generator operations and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot basic generator faults
• Good understanding of safety and operational procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable and willing to work fully onsite
