The Head of Mission is the highest representative of Intersos in the country and is responsible for the overall management of the country office. He/she is responsible for the implementation of the country strategy, the management of the country office, the coordination of the programs and the representation of Intersos in the country. The Head of Mission is also responsible for the security and safety of the staff and the beneficiaries.
