Sahl Relationship Manager, Gateway Branch

<p><span><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Managing and leading customer relations, both corporate and Retail.</span></li>
<li><span>Shari’ah compliant product sales and other cross sales of other basket products as per targets</span></li>
<li><span>Liaison with Relationship teams and Retail Branch network to grow the business</span></li>
<li><span>Risk Management to mitigate losses e.g. Frauds and revenue leakages.</span></li>
<li><span>Training and development of branch staff</span></li>
<li><span>Proper Documentation and administrations of Shari’ah compliant portfolios,&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Managing PAR as per set targets.</span></li>
<li><span>Responsible for leadership, management, growth and maintenance of the SAHL book</span></li>
<li><span>Maintain and grow the existing SAHL customers through enhanced relationships&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Achieve the set targets in terms of numbers and values for both liabilities and assets</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor and manage SAHL customer complaints, constantly review service delivery standards and position staff in a way, which ensures maintenance of the highest service standards</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span><strong>Experience:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Bachelor’s degree.</span></li>
<li><span>Islamic Banking Certification is added advantage.</span></li>
<li><span>3 years’ general work experience</span></li>
<li><span>2 years’ experience in Banking Operations</span></li>
<li><span>2 years Sharia banking experience</span></li>
<li><span>2 years’ experience in Credit</span></li>
<li><span>2 years’ experience in Sales &amp; Relationships</span></li>
