A major player in the South African poultry and agricultural industry is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual who thrives on building long-term client relationships and navigating the fast-paced nature of the manufacturing and distribution landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management:Maintain and expand a robust client base within the catering, restaurant, and hotel industries.
• New Business Development:Identify and secure new opportunities to increase market share and volume.
• Client Engagement:Conduct regular site visits, providing exceptional service and product expertise.
• Sales Targets:Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue objectives.
• Operational Reporting:Utilize internal systems to manage orders, track stock, and report on market trends.

Requirements

• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of sales experience specifically within the catering, poultry, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industries.
• Language Proficiency:Must be able to read and speak Afrikaans fluently to effectively communicate with the established client base.
• Technical Skills:Previous experience with Syspro is highly beneficial.
• Mobility:Must be willing to travel long distances and stay overnight as required. A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Location:Applicants must reside in Klerksdorp or within a 50 km radius of the area.
