Support Operations and Warehousing Specialist (2 Positions)

We are seeking two highly organized and proactive individuals to join our team as Support Operations and Warehousing Specialists. In this role, you will manage daily warehouse workflows, oversee inventory accuracy, and coordinate timely order fulfillment. You will also play a critical role in managing floor staff schedules and maintaining strict safety standards to ensure a seamless, efficient supply chain operation.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee daily activities to maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning warehouse environment.

Dispatch Management:

• Coordinate outbound logistics and carrier schedules to ensure timely, accurate product delivery.

Order Preparation:

• Supervise the picking, packing, and staging processes to meet daily customer order requirements.

Inventory Control:

• Conduct regular physical counts, reconciliations, and audits to keep inventory tracking systems completely accurate.

Stock Management:

• Monitor stock levels, handle goods receiving, and optimize storage space utilization.

Manpower Scheduling:

• Create staff shift schedules and assign daily tasks to maximize team productivity and workflow efficiency.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce company safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a hazard-free workplace.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Software Skills:

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).

Leadership:

• Strong team management abilities with experience scheduling and directing floor staff.
