The Technical Advisor (Seconded Expert on Sustainable Infrastructure Investments – Build4Skills) will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the Government of Côte d'Ivoire in the area of sustainable infrastructure investments.
The Technical Advisor will work closely with the Government of Côte d'Ivoire, development partners, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize infrastructure investments that align with the country's development priorities.
The Technical Advisor will also provide technical support to the Government of Côte d'Ivoire in the development of infrastructure projects, including the preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies, and project implementation plans.
The Technical Advisor will also work with the Government of Côte d'Ivoire to develop and implement policies and regulations that support sustainable infrastructure investments.
The Technical Advisor will also provide technical assistance to the Government of Côte d'Ivoire in the area of infrastructure financing, including the development of financing plans and the identification of potential financing sources.
The Technical Advisor will also work with the Government of Côte d'Ivoire to develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track the progress of infrastructure projects.
The Technical Advisor will also provide technical assistance to the Government of Côte d'Ivoire in the area of infrastructure management, including the development of management plans and the identification of potential management solutions.
